Human Resources Administrator


Stansfeld Scott is seeking a dynamic and organised Human Resources professional to provide administrative support to the Human Resources (HR) Department. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the HR practice with particular emphasis on HR administration in Recruitment, Performance Management, Payroll and Benefits.


Maintains accurate HR files and records

Assists with reviewing applications and interviewing candidates

Assists with orientation and onboarding for new team members

Assists with managing the performance review process and all development and training plans

Administers benefits, including medical and pension plans

Preparation of weekly payroll and monthly statutory payments

Assists with developing, planning and execution of all team building events, meetings and parties

Works with the HR team on employee surveys and company culture audits


A degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field with at least one year’s experience in Human Resources Administration

Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Energetic and meticulous with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient with payroll management and/or HRIS
