Digital Marketing Manager


We are seeking an energetic and proactive Digital Marketing Manager, based in our Barbados office, to drive engagement and brand awareness on social media platforms for multiple brands.You will be responsible for developing strategic social media brand plans and turning these plans into reality, working closely with brand stakeholders and consistently analyzing account performance and trends.


Develop and execute a social media strategy for assigned brands

Create and manage a content calendar for social media platforms

Develop timely and engaging content to increase engagement and followers

Increase followers and engagement by engaging with users and providing regular, relevant, and compelling content

Create unique content concepts to increase viewership and engagement

Develop promotional activities for social media pages to increase followers and build brand awareness

Run targeted paid ads to increase awareness and drive sales

Manage influencer relationships including recruitment, content development, and contract management

Evaluate social media engagement using available analytics to continually evolve the social media strategy

Liaise with management on budgets, timescales, and objectives

Respond to enquiries received via social media channels


A minimum of two years' experience in social media management

Exceptional understanding and use of social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Ability to generate original, quality content

Excellent use of monitoring and data analytics to determine results

Strategic thinker, able to brainstorm, plan, and execute

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently on multiple projects with tight deadlines

Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Canva preferred
